seven for saturday.

1. In case you were wondering, I did finish the juice fast -7 hours. I would have finished it but my body honestly needed food. I was running around like crazy at work for 3 days and my body just wasn't holding up like I needed it to be. Am I sorry that that's the way it ended up turning out? Sure. Do I feel bad that I stopped the fast early? Absolutely not. I refuse to feel bad for listening to my body.

2. I would definitely do a juice fast again... But I would probably only do it for 3 days at a time and would need to supplement it with something such as Greek yogurt or something. We'll see.

3. Hubz and I went for a 7 mile walk this afternoon. It was hard, invigorating and a good excuse to have 2 hours of uninterrupted time with my BFF. Cute.

4. Paying for things like a hotel room and an expensive incredible dinner in cash is pretty freaking cool. Hubz and I did that last weekend. Budgeting and saving FTW!

5. I need this necklace in my life, like now.

6. The Hubz and I both have strong feelings about caramel rolls: we wanna marry them. We're all about moderate indulgence in life's greatest pleasures.  A life with no caramel rolls is not a life worth living, my friends.

7. I've been obsessing over this blog for the past two weeks. Can you say motivation?  I can.  This girl is amazing.  For reals.

  1. When I feel lack of strength to stick to my training regime, I usually support my body with nutritional supplements. Super Army Formula by Military Grade is a perfect energizer for me. It is available at amazon: h t t p ://www.amazon.com/Endurance-Testosterone-Military-Intraworkout-Supplement/dp/B00HN6JTSI/ref=sr_1_48?ie=UTF8&qid=1394122866&sr=8-48&keywords=military+gradeI don't like to take any kinds of chemicals, but this supplement is natural. It gives me perfect energy and tone. I enjoy my workouts and I like to go beyond my limits.
